Term for delivery of material: See calendars.
The deadlines stated in our calendars are the ultimate dates for the delivery of complete, ready-for-printing and correct material. In all other cases we must be in possession of the material earlier.
Marked out: All advertisements, not bleeding, smaller than 1/2 page should be marked out e.g. by placing a frame or colour area. Special Advertising Sections, Advertising Reports and Adverts with a lot of text are allowed provided that the wording "Advertentie" or "Medegedeeld" ("Advertisement") appears on each page. The text must be typed in a different letter type from that used in the editorial pages. Prior approval is required.
Colour differences: Our magazines are produced in quires of 32, 48, 64, 72 pages. This means that adverts come within the same ink zone. Therefore, we have no other option but to apply an average density value for these adverts. Slight colour differences with previous insertions are therefore unavoidable.
Type of paper used for magazines: All our magazines are printed on satin coated woody paper. This type of paper is also used for the special dossiers that appear as a supplement with the main issue.
